Refund Policy: The Guttering.com Guarantee

Because our Half Round Gutter Miter Master Pack is a digital product delivered instantly to your inbox, we generally do not offer refunds. Unlike a physical stick of gutter, a digital file cannot be "returned" to our shop.

However, your success is my legacy.

If you run into any of the following issues, I am committed to making it right:

• Downloading Troubles: If the link doesn't work or the file won't open, email us at david@guttering.com and we will send you a fresh copy manually.
• Printing & Calibration: If your HP LaserJet or home printer is struggling to hit that 1" x 1" calibration box, reach out. I have experience with these templates and can usually help you troubleshoot your printer settings in a few minutes.
• The "Pro" Promise: If you feel the templates are mathematically incorrect for a standard 6" Half-Round Gutter, send me a photo of your layout. If there is a technical error on our end, I will issue a full refund immediately.

The Bottom Line: I want you to save money and material on your project. If you aren't satisfied, let's talk shop and find a solution.
